1 Platform Status
RentedGhar is a technology marketplace facilitating interactions. We are not a hotel operator, landlord, property manager, manufacturer, supplier, logistics company, transport provider, restaurant operator, or insurance provider.
The Company does not own, manage, supervise, control, or guarantee any listing unless expressly stated.
2 Information Disclaimer
All content, descriptions, pricing, and reviews are provided by independent third parties. RentedGhar does not guarantee:
- Accuracy & Completeness
- Reliability & Availability
- Suitability & Timeliness
Users should independently verify information.
3. Property Disclaimer
Properties are independently owned. We do not inspect structural/fire safety, hygiene, or compliance.
Guests assume all risks. Disputes remain between Host and Guest.
4. Product Rental Disclaimer
Products are not tested, certified, or guaranteed by us for safety or functionality.
Rentals are used entirely at the User's risk. We are not liable for defects or injuries.
5. Restaurant Disclaimer
Restaurants operate independently. We do not guarantee food quality, safety, hygiene, or reservation availability.
Dining disputes remain with the restaurant.
6. User Interactions
Users interact at their own risk. We do not guarantee behavior, trustworthiness, or financial capability. We are not liable for fraud, misconduct, or harassment.
7. Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery timelines are estimates. Personnel may be independent contractors. Delays outside our control may occur; schedules are not guaranteed.
8. Payment Disclaimer
Payments use third-party gateways. We are not liable for bank errors, downtime, unauthorized transactions via user negligence, or delayed settlements.
9. No Professional Advice
Platform info is for general purposes only. It does not constitute Legal, Financial, Tax, Investment, or Insurance advice.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to acts of God, pandemics, government actions, strikes, internet outages, cyberattacks, or utility failures.
11. Third-Party Services
We integrate with gateways, SMS, maps, and logistics partners. We do not control and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

- Non-infringement & Accuracy
No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOLAHAL HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury / Death
- Property / Product damage
- Theft / Fraud
- Financial losses
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Emotional distress
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Special damages
- Consequential damages
...arising from Platform usage, bookings, rentals, reservations, delivery, user interactions, or third-party conduct.
The Company's maximum aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee actually received by RentedGhar in relation to the disputed transaction.
14. User Assumption of Risk
Users voluntarily use the Platform. Transactions occur between independent parties. Users assume all risks associated with bookings, rentals, deliveries, and reservations.
15. Indemnification
Users and Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless KOLAHAL HOMES from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and legal expenses arising from Platform use, breaches, regulatory violations, or third-party claims.
16. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
