RentedGhar acts solely as an online technology marketplace connecting Property Owners and Guests, Product Owners and Renters, and Restaurants and Customers. We facilitate communication and transactions but do not own, operate, or manage any of the listed properties or products.

Unless a host or product owner has specified a different policy, our default cancellation rules apply:

• More than 7 days before booking start date: Up to 90% refund.
• Between 3 and 7 days before booking start date: Up to 50% refund.
• Within 72 hours of booking start date: No refund.

* Convenience fees, gateway charges, and taxes may be non-refundable.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days. The exact timeline depends on your original payment method, banking channels, and the payment gateway's processing speed.

Guests and renters are fully responsible for any property or product damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required during their stay or rental period. Hosts and owners have the right to seek compensation for verified damages caused by negligence or misuse.
